[Evolution] Editing Signatures in Evolution

Hi,

I like the possibility to attach a signature to my outgoing mails.
However, I'd like to be able to edit them. When I want to edit them, I
may modify the corps of it, but the line (_ _) or (--), I don't know, is
not editable. I cannot edit this part of the signtaure. I can't also
edit the number of lines between the signature and the message.

These two points must be editable in a way. It must be a default setting
included in the code of Evolution, but it must be editable no? I must be
able to specify the type of line I want (_ _ or --) and the lenth
(---------- or --) no?
