[Evolution] unable to authenticate with Exchange server

I am running evo  2.22.3.1 on Ubuntu 8.04. This morning after starting
Evo I have not been able to connect to the exchange server. It worked
perfectly yesterday and I have not changed any configuration lately. So
I started Evo from a terminal and see bunch or authentication errors:

The only significant change on my system was taking the following
updates this morning (before starting evo):

I realize that this is most likely not Evo problem but would appreciate
any help. At this point I can't figure out how to recover from this
debacle.
