[Evolution] error message

Hi,
I encounter a problem with evolution 2.12.2 in a fedora 8 box. I receive emails, but the following message appears 'Cannot get message AMNk/NgAATk3R17A/A4gflSPnAk: Input/output error'.
Also, I do not get some emails.
Any help on this error message is very much appreciated.
