[Evolution] Migrating data from Outlook 2003 to Evo 2.12

Hi, I have read the help file on this and have not been successful in
achieving the result required.  I have imported the Outlook mail and
address book into Thunderbird, and then tried to get the Thunderbird
data files to import into Evo.  I obviously have misunderstood the help
file.

Has any one succeeded in this process?
