[Evolution] R: Exchange 2007 Support

Dan, if you manage to build/use exchange mapi connector for exchange 2007 on ubuntu 8.04 post some hints, in 
the last few days I tried almost everything to enable mapi on 2.22 evolution without success.

I shall go ahead and build a couple of testing boxes for our
environment: Ubuntu, SuSE, and Fedora and do some testing.  Will be
glad to provide some feedback. Thanks for your help.
