[Evolution] Voting buttons

Hi,
Ive asked this before, but Ill try again.
Does anyone know how Exchange and Outlook exchange voting button
information?  Its the only thing I dont have when using Evo instead of
Outlook.  Its not in the web interface and thus not presented in Evo.
Im willing to try and implement the function if someone can direct me to
some information.
