[Evolution] Evolution 2.8.2-2 Windows

Hi,
I don't know if it's the right list for Evolution Windows but I try to
install the last 2.8.2-2 on Win XP Pro sp1 the installation seems ok and
finish well but then nothing happens !? - No new Evolution icon on the
desktop, no new application in the program list !?
What's wrong ?
