[Evolution] migrating from Kontact: import, send later and smaller buttons

Hi all,

I've finally switched to Gnome and Evolution,
a few questions:
-- how do I import exiting Kontact folders/old mails?
-- How do I add a "send later" button?
-- the buttons are too big for my taste and I don't want the text below,
how do I to this?
