[Evolution] YAST online update source for 2.10?

I am running Evolution 2.08 on OpenSuse 10.2. I don't know how to manually fix the DST time issue. I have 
heard that 2.10 has the fix built in.

Is there a YAST online update source I can point to, to update to Evolution 2.10?

If not, what process do I need to go through to fix the DST issue on 2.08?
