[Evolution] Help With Memos

Hi, new to the list and I have a problem!

Last night I deleted a memo from my list. This morning, I open evolution
to find them all gone!
I know I only deleted the one, and there others were still there
immediately afterwards too.
I can't find them in the trash basket or deleted items folder. 
Is there any way I can recover them?
