[Evolution] "Send & Recieve Mail" Minor Bug -- I think

Hi;

I am not sure this is worth a bug report.  Checking if it is happening
to others or for a configuration fix.

I have three mail ISP accounts.  When Evolution first opens after
booting, the little "Send & Recieve Mail" dialogue window opens properly
sized to show the three accounts plus SMTP and their speed bars.  Ever
after that first download, the "Send & Recieve Mail" dialogue window
opens with reduced vertical size cutting off 3/4 of the bottom account
name and speed bar.

Granted it is only a little thing, hardly noticeable enough to be
annoying, but it shouldn't work that way.  If others are having the same
thing happen it should be fixed, if for no other reason, in the name of
completeness and wholeness.
