[Evolution] Evolution/Exchange appointment format wrong

I'll try to post this again.

I'm using Evolution 2.10.1.  It has happened on previous 
versions as well as many different distros.

When I create an appointment in Evolution while using an 
Exchange server account and the exchange server connector, 
it creates the appointment properly and I can see the 
appointment in Outlook web as well.

This appointment, however, will not sync with my Treo 650 
using the Evolution sync in VersaMail.  Any appointments 
that I create in Outlook web sync just fine.  If I use 
Outlook web to 'modify' the appointment that Evolution 
created, it will then sync!  The appointment can still be 
seen by evolution and everything seems fine from its 
perspective.  This is a format issue I believe.  I think 
the iCal format is missing some components that it needs.
