[Evolution] import pine addressbook

I'd like to try switching from Pine to Evolution, but it is only
practicable if Evolution will import my Pine address book.

I tried File -> Import, and selected my Pine address book file,
but the "next" button remained grayed-out, and there seemed to be
no way to proceed.
