To my knowledge there is no 2.6.4 yet, and I'm not sure there will ever
be now that Evolution 2.8 is out.  But Fedora Core 6 is right around the
corner, which will have 2.8.

If you're really anxious you can try out Fedora Core 6 Test 3 [1].
