[Evolution] Searching folders

I would like to search all my folders (at least local folders) for a
specific string, but I can't seem to convince evolution to do it.  I'm
obviously missing something here.  

Any help would be appreciated.  

I know there is a simple answer to this, but I can't seem to get it to
work.
