Configure options I use, for e-d-s:
--prefix=<your prefix>  --with-openldap=yes --with-krb5=/usr 

For evolution:
--prefix=<your prefix> --with-openldap=yes --with-krb5=/usr
--enable-exchange=yes --enable-plugins=all

And for evolution-exchange:
--prefix=<your prefix> --with-openldap=yes
