[Evolution] Maildir format local store gone in versions > 2.0?

Hi,

I just upgraded to Evolution 2.6.2 from 1.4.5. Did Maildir-format for
local store go away in some version along the way?

I'm not talking about receiving mail via ~/Maildir -- that works. But
the Folder Properties dialog no longer offers to convert to Maildir
format, which seems to imply that the local store can no longer be kept
in Maildir format.
