[Evolution] Evolution user guide translated to brazilian portuguese (pt_br)

hello,

I am very pleased (and proud) to say that we have finished the
translation of the Evolution User Guide Manual to brasilian portuguese
language (pt_br).

The docs are online at
http://www.servtec.eti.br/downloads/evolution-2.4.0/

PS: only the .html were translated, the .xml were not. (but it should be
converted to, but I'm not sure on how to do this)
