That did it. I probably changed it to inline a long time ago. I don't
forward much email so setting the forwarding style to attached by default
will be fine.

You can change the forward style on a case by case basis, using Message /
Forward As. Note though, that this submenu is missing from some 2.4.x
releases. In that case, you have to set the default. I posted a simple
patch to enable this missing submenu a couple of months ago. Let me know,
if you'd want it.
I don't have this submenu in my installation, but I probably don't need
it. Thank you for the offer.
