Sending this mail to you, Cc'ing the list -- to verify this is not a
local issue. Can you confirm you do *not* get this mail by the list
server with the correct list headers [1] added, but directly only? (You
may want to reply to sender, to not annoy the list subscribers any
more... ;)

I will poke the list admins about this issue.
