[Evolution] Evolution "From" display

Hey, new linux user here, so be patience.

I just get installed Ubuntu and working with Evolution for handle
emails. All works perfect.
The thing is that at inbox view, when i receive emails it show the name
and also the email address; ex. Peter Pan <peter pan com>.

Been browsing the aplication but can not get that <""> off, is there any
way to??
