[Evolution] Misleading status message on Apply Filters

Hitting Ctrl-Y (Message->Apply Filters) applies the filters only to the
selected messages, which is correct IMHO, but the status message says
"Filtering Folder", implying the entire folder is being processed.
This is in 2.4
