It's moved to folder->select all messages.  At least its still got all
in the name.

Comes from some discussion between dobey and nat.  *shrug*

Meant to only show when you have attachments, but then you can't drag
attachments to the composer properly - until someone spends the time to
make the gtkhtmleditor a widget.

Personally I dont know why it was changed, it makes no sense.
