Thanks Jeff.   That explains it :).  I did not realize that the inbox
was the .maildir thinking that the "Maildir Storage" folder name
represented the physical .maildir.  I guess the Junk and Trash one's are
created by Evolution internally then since I do not see these inside
the .maildir.
