[Evolution] link to lunch new email message form web browser

Hi,
I use mozilla with mozex plugin.
I can configure command to lunch when i.e. mailto link is clicked on web
page.
What should i enter to lunch evolution new email window with To: field
filled with recipients  email address. 
Now mozillas email client is lunched.
