[Evolution] Conversion {Scanned by MailScanner}

Hello Folks

Its a sad sad day for me. Corporate policy dictates I must reload my machine with Windows as Linux does not form part of there corporate policy. Is there any way I can save my evolution inbox, calender, contacts etc , so that I can import into Outlook. This brings tears to my eyes. Any help , pointers on the www, much appreciated.
