Yes there is.  Mailing lists aren't supposed to set reply-to.

If a user has set reply-to it means they specifically want the reply
going to another address than the one they sent it from.

I think the real question is how can one get a "reply to list" icon onto
the evolution taskbar. If the icon were there one could argue with the
mailing list administrators. But having it only in the menu makes people
ignore that option.
