[Evolution] No flagged when compose a message

Hi all,

This is on a Fedora Core 3 machine. When I try to compose a message, I
thought I can click "Edit" and find something to place a flag such as
"important" but there is no such menu there. In fact, the email I
received which had important flags did not show this flag using
Evolution either!
