[Evolution] Evo contacts vs. PalmOS contacts

Hello everyone. I'm having some bad times syncing evolution through
gnome-pilot with my tungsten e (palm os 5), because each one messes up
the other's contacts information. Maybe because I like to call people by
their first names, but, I should be able to do it, shouldn't I?

Supposing someone else is having the same trouble, I'd like to ask if
there's any known workarround.
