Re: [Evolution] Spell Check Dictionaries

Hi Andrei

First set up your sources for urpmi go to http://easyurpmi.zarb.org and select Mandrake 9.2 at step 1. Then select your closest mirrors for everything elser in step 2. Then cut and paste the command line instructions as a block into a console where you have logged in as root. Cut = highlight the text with left button drag, paste = centre button or left and right together in the console. Then hit enter and let it run. This will be the most exciting thing, as it will set up your software sources for Main, Updates, Contrib, Penguin Liberation Front and j-packages. In short the software repositories for Mandrake. Once this has finished running at a root prompt type:

#urpmi aspell-en and it will find the latest and install it from the net or from one of your CDs.

Fantastic. Debian and Red Hat have apt-get, suse has Yast2, and Mandrake has urpmi much better than that other OS. If you are into genealogy try #urpmi gramps

Have a ball

Andrew
