Nope. But there are plenty of third party freeware solutions which help
in migrating .pst and .pab files to Unix formats. There have been mails
earlier on this previously. So some digging up on the archives should
give you some help.

Windows Firefox is where I'd start.  It will convert pst files
into mbox, which is both FF & Evo's native format.  I can only
guess that, using the same Win32 API family it uses to read pst
files, can convert pab files, which it can export to vCard or
LDIF format, which Evo understands.
