None of them are available, the only option i see, is the username input
box, and i can't find a menu called "Manage Plugins" under "Tools", i
have just upgraded, mayby i have to reboot the workstation.

Don't know if it matters, but have upgraded from Debian Sarge to Debian
Sid, and the new version came with it.
