[Evolution] Free / Busy and Calendar

Hello,

I've got a problem with Evo2.2.1

I'm using it to connect to an exchange2k3 Server.
If an outlook user sends a meeting request, I only get a mail with 
an unknown attachment.
So I'm not able to accept this meeting.
What's going wrong here?

Another problem is that i can't see Free/Busy time of other users 
including my own Free/Busy time.
Is  there any thing I have missed to configure?
