[Evolution] Eplugin configuration?

Hi!
I'm using Debian unstable, and 2.2.1.1 was just uploaded. Everybody
talks about eplugins, but where do I activate them? I've searched all
over for the gui described in
http://www.gnomejournal.org/article/15/evolution-22
Am I just blind? Or stupid?
Any help appreciated.
