I guess I should read a FAQ or something. I'm not sure what a "mail
setting" is. I've got a single spool account, with the path pointing to
my $HOME/Mail directory (the same as Mutt and I think pine and elm use).
I've also got some identity accounts with no mail receipt.

OK. I'll try and do some more testing and see if I can come up with more
detailed bug reports for Bugzilla.
I just wrote a patch, the code suffered some bit-rot and breakage after some other changes and obviously hadn't been tested for a while. Quite embarassing really, should've noticed it break.
