Googleing for it didn't help :(( (Usually Does!)

Has anyone experienced similar issues? Anyway of solving this?

I will tell you the same solution I guy told me on IRC:

$ touch help/C/evolution-2.0.xml

And then the compilation fails again with other file, you should create
it too.

I understand that should be the safest way to do it, but that's how I
made evo2 work on Debian.
