That is correct. I went to to URL as describe and as near as I can tell Micheal did a good job of writing the basic draft for how to write plug-ins. I unfortunately do not know how to program in C so the information at this time is of little use.

I did notice a section on Shell Hooks (Section II.7) and wondering if there is any more information about it?
