[Evolution] evo 2.0.2 exchange send not working

Hi,

I recently built evolution 2.0.2 and ximian-connector 2.0.2 to run on
Fedora Core 3.

I can receive mail from my Exchange 2003 server, but sending mail does
not work.

I do get error messages (below), but don't know whether these are indicative
of why I can't send mail.
