[Evolution] Migration 1.4 -> 2.0.2

Hi all,

I'm in the process of building 2.0.2 and will be migrating to it from
1.4.6 when ready.

Guenther (Hi G) mentions his 'Force Migration FAQ', where can I access this?

Also, is there any other migration documentation I can peruse.  I did do a
google search yesterday, but used 'upgrade' instead of 'migration', so got
very few relevant hits.
