[Evolution] Display messages from Outlook users

Hi all,

Just 2 little questions about reveived messages from Outlook users:
- smileys [:-)] are displayed [J] within Evo, is there a way to get them
right?
- default fonts (arial, size=3) are too small compared to other clients
(Evo for example), is there a way to make the rendering bigger for these
specific messages?

(btw: using Evo 2.0.1 under Mandrake 10.1)
