I only find mention of Ctrl-F1 (GNOME_Evolution_Mail_1.5.server) and
Ctrl-F4 (GNOME_Evolution_Calendar_1.5.server).  Where are the other two
defined?

...and if we update these files and restart Evolution, will the changes
take effect immediately?

Thanks for mentioning these... I had looked in
the /usr/share/evolution/1.5/ui/ files but found nothing.
