What errors do you get from ghostscript? is the file just empty or something?
Evo just uses gnome-print to do all printing & printing related stuff, so any other apps using gnome-print should similarly be broken I guess.

Printing to a file in PS or PDF formats will not open in ghostview, ggv,
or acroread. When I do the same PS and PDF formats with the account
that can print, they open fine.
