[Evolution] Evolution and Proxy

Hello everybody
   I am using Fedora Core 1 with evolution 1.4.5. I am accessing the
Internet thru a Winproxy server. I have enabled the smtp and pop port
in the winproxy server. But I couldn't get a way to tell Evolution
where to look for the proxy. I configured the proxy in the
gconf-editor, still the error "Host not found appears". However I can
still access the net thru the browser. Please help me
