I figure that you should configure Evolution to send and receive from a
local account and then use other methods to actually fetch (mutt?) and
send (postfix, sendmail?) your mail from/to your corporate mail server.
This way you can write scripts to read the mail, modify it the way you'd
like and the daemon on your workstation will do the sending to the
destination - and you'd be able to use Evolution.
