We originally had , and ., but all the shortcuts need to have
qualifiers, so we added ctrl-[ and ]. We kept the others for those who
like the original keystrokes.
For the record, ctrl-[ and ] don't work on my Norwegian keyboard, where
[ is meta-8 (meta is right Alt) and ] is meta-9.
