You'll have to manaully edit your account settings to reset things like Sent/Drafts folders. You'll also want to use gconftool-2 (or gconf-editor) to reset /apps/evolution/version to "1.4.5".

Then.. if you've downloaded POP mail into 1.5.4, you'll have to un-migrate your folders manually to not lose any mail (since 1.4 and 1.5 dump mail into different locations)
