[Evolution] Inline PGP in CVS?

Hi.  Is the inline PGP work in the CVS tree usable yet?  What still has
to be done?  I've been experiencing some interoperability problems with
windows programs that use the inline standard, and would like to
experiment with whatever is available.  Thanks.
