In evolution to view public folders,
You need to go to exchange view, right click on the 
public folder of your interest, add to favorites.
Then go to the respective view to see it's contents.

Has anyone been able to access public folders through Evolution 2.x? I
can see ones that I subscribed to as favorite folders when I was under
Outlook but I can not see or browse them on Evolution.
