Hello the list

I use the Evolution mail client on a Debian PC. I installed GPG and I
would like to sign my e-mails.

But when I sign them, the GPG signature is embedded in a .asc file
rather than in the header/footer of the e-mail like this :

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE-----
Version: PGP 8.1

prOtk3riatCuB0Pa+ElAFGU9qI/KnmboU9JNh70jbnz0GNis1hmydg==
=aPvL
-----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

And I search a way to verify the signatures like above with Evolution.

Thank you in advance for your help

Interesting. I'm Running Evo 2.0.3 on Sid (and have been since the
1.0 days), and GPG signing works perfectly for me.

This email is signed, so you should see an icon and yellow band
at the bottom, with the wording, "Valid signature, cannot verify
sender".

What happens if you do this from an xterm:
$ gpg --list-keys 8834C06B

--

PGP Key ID 8834C06B I prefer encrypted mail.
