[Evolution] Download / install of version 1.4.6

I want to install evolution 1.4.6 on a laptop (Mandrake 9.1) which only
has telephone modem - very slow. I've found the auto-installation page
but really I would like to download on a machine with a faster
connection, then put on CD to transfer to the laptop.

Any pointers to how to do this kind of off-line install?
